Thank you, <>MommyWizdom<>.<>Biddie<>, what do you mean, 'age'? Things have age! Us men have 'experience'...<>Will<>, no it's not, it's a sweet potato jam cake, a typical Argentine sweet treat masterfully prepared by my wife... we finished it all between me and Florencia (she loves it!) :-)
Happy birthday, Gabriel! Looks like you are sulking as everyone but you is blowing your birthday candles. We have a saying in the Philippines -- only the buffaloes grow old; men don't :)
Happy Birthday or maybe I should say Feliz Cupleanos! The cake looks yummy, Sweet Potato Jam Cake sounds amazing! Suddenly I want empanadas which in South Texas are often made with sweet potato or pumpkin filling. That statue on my post is located on the Alte Oper, the old opera house in downtown Frankfurt. If you look back at my post on ice skating with the kids you may be able to spot it up high on the right side of the building. As for stealing the falling snow, no problem I stole it from Planet Nomad.
hahaha.... I couldn't stop laughing when the picture opens up. Look at that cute pout! Just like my son's when his friends blew the candles on his birthday cake!*hugs Papa*

ReplyDeleteThere were six candles on the cake. Some represented units, some tens, according to Gaby's rules. I won't say how many of each were there.
