Wow. I'm tired! I had a very long day today. I got up at 5:00 AM and had the limo picking me up at 5:45 AM.After a six hours flight, I landed in San Diego at around noon (local time). We had a 1.5 hour break for lunch, and away we went to the hospital in where we'll work this week. I didn't even have time to shave!
Something very funny happened while we were landing. My phone picked up the signal and displayed a message. It said... "Welcome to Mexico"! :-)
We spent four hours in the hospital, getting ready for tomorrow's upgrade, and then came back for the hotel. A 30 minutes break and away we went again, this time to the Gas Lamp district, where we had dinner at an Australian restaurant (yes, you read correctly) named "Bondi". Food was great.
I learned that Ace Frehley played here last night. I missed it by a day. Of course, I would have gone again!
We were very tired, so we took a cab back home. I'm pooped, I'm going to bed now...
Wow. Estoy cansado!
I have always wanted to see the west coast, and to see the States.
ReplyDeleteI envy you, since we are still knee deep in snow!
I would love to see Ace Frhley, too. Too bad you missed him. If you do see anyone famous, get me an autograph..please??
ReplyDeleteIt was a balmy 3 today. Still lots of snow.
Why, same here. This is my first time in the west coast, and I got to see the sea today! Now I've been to the Pacific in the three Americas (North, Central and South).
ReplyDeleteBiddie, well, at least I got to see Ace in Toronto on Mar/05. I was deaf for three days after that... But it was a dream coming true for me.
