It seems that my appearance is also deceiving. Many times before I've been told that I looked like I had lost weight when in reality I had gone up... Now it's me the one who's not sure.
I have noticed that my pants are much looser these days, to the point that I had considered adding a new hole to my belt. I've been using these jeans for a while, but if I unbuckle my belt they will just fall.
So the question is: have I actually lost weight somehow (it doesn't feel like it)... or is my belly growing to the point it is actually pushing my pants down? :-)
UPDATE: It was weight loss. Go figure.
Parecería que mi apariencia también engaña a los demás. Muchas veces me ha pasado que me felicitaron por haber perdido peso, cuando la realidad era que había subido... Ahora soy yo el que no está muy seguro.
He notado que últimamente mis pantalones me quedan mucho más holgados, al punto que ya estoy considerando hacerle un agujero nuevo al cinturón. He venido usando estos jeans por un tiempo ya, pero ahora si me saco el cinturón se caen al piso.
Por lo tanto, la pregunta que me hago es: habré bajado nomás de peso (yo no me siento más liviano)... o será que mi barriga ha crecido al punto de estar empujando mis pantalones para abajo? :-)

ReplyDeleteMy weight changes a lot too, maybe not that drastically but still. You should weight yourself first thing in the morning (or whenever is good for you) so that's it's accurate.
