Edible national flags

I’ve been looking for a great illustration that I saw in the Sunday magazine that Argentine newspaper “La Nación” publishes. It is a map of Argentina, but each province is represented by its most representative food product (beef for Buenos Aires, peanuts for Cordoba, etc). It’s very cleverly done, and it looks just fantastic.

 

I wanted to find the picture online so I could enlarge it and print it, but I wasn’t lucky. Instead I found the following pictures at WildAmmo, an Australian website. Same concept, also incredibly well done. What do you think?

 

 

Hace tiempo que ando buscando una gran ilustración que vi en el suplemento dominical del diario argentino “La Nación”. Es un mapa de Argentina, pero con cada provincia representada por su producto alimenticio más reconocible (carne para Buenos Aires, maníes [cacahuates] para Córdoba, etc). Está muy bien hecho, y como imagen es fantástica.

 

Quería encontrar la foto en internet, para hacerla poster, pero no tuve suerte. En su lugar encontré estas fotos en WildAmmo, un website de Australia. El mismo concepto, también increíblemente bien logrado. Qué les parece?
