Today’s Wordless post is not ‘that’ wordless, because the pictures need some explanation. A few days ago, I posted a story about love and friendship as part of a carnival, and in there I talked about the beautiful friends that I made back in 1985, friends that are still very dear and very close to me 25 years later.
I replicated that post on Facebook, and tagged all of those friends, knowing that they would like the story. But I wasn’t expecting such a success! I have way over 100 comments on FB, and we spent days talking about those wonderful moments. Some even arranged to meet and have lunch together after not having seen each other for years, and there’s even a big reunion plan in the works!
And there’s much more… but I will talk about that tomorrow… ;-)
Feel free to hop back and check the story, I think it’s one of my few good ones. In the meantime, Verónica, one of my closest friends, found a few pictures and sent them to me so I could publish them here. I hope you like them!
El post Wordless de hoy no es ‘muy’ wordless, porque estas fotos necesitan una pequeña explicación. Hace unos días publiqué una historia de amor y amistad como parte de un carnaval, y en ella hablé de los maravillosos amigos que hice allá por 1985, amigos que aún conservo y quiero mucho, y que siento cercanos 25 años más tarde.
Repliqué ese post en Facebook, y ‘taggeé’ a todos estos amigos, sabiendo que les gustaría la historia. Pero no esperaba tanto éxito! Recibí más de 100 comentarios en FB, y pasamos días hablando de esos maravillosos momentos. Algunos hasta acordaron encontrarse y almorzar juntos luego de no haberse visto por años, y hasta hay una gran reunión planeándose para el verano que viene!
Y hay mucho más… pero de eso hablaré mañana… ;-)
Les recomiendo que lean la historia a la que corresponden estas fotos, hallarán que es una de las pocas buenas que he escrito. Mientras tanto, Verónica, una de mis amigas más cercanas, encontró estas fotos y me las mandó. Espero que les gusten!
