After saying it for months (years?), it seems that I finally realized that I have to lose weight if I want to be around to see my kids grow up (or walk my daughters down the aisle). Since I’m terrible with regards to fruits and vegetables, I have been eating less since Tuesday or Wednesday. So far, so good… but let me tell you, there’s a lot of artificial stuff in the supposedly ‘healthy’ food.
Let’s see how far can I make it this time.

I don’t see anything ‘artificial’ here… This is pure, natural vessel-clogging fat.
And this, I like!!!

Dieting is so hard but you have 4 wonderful reasons to do it! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteLoved your take on the theme, fun pictures!
My entry is here, happy weekend!
Eating sensibly and in moderation accompanied by plenty of exercise is better than "diet" foods which tend to be higher in salt and sugar. Not that I do either and my big butt can attest to that!
ReplyDeleteohhhh food love it.
ReplyDeleteMine is up too

Good luck to you, Gabriel. I can attest to how difficult it is to lose weight and keep it off.
ReplyDeleteNice entry for the week..Happy hunting.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the diet. That's what I'm doing now -- somewhat. Nice shots!

great post, sometimes I wonder which is the worst for us, real or artificial? my photo hunt is here Thanks
Oh dear, those fatty fried foods are not good!! I like fruits and vegetables, now that I am older.. but it helps to have eaten well while young. Hang in there, you can do it!
ReplyDeleteMine's up, too! I hope you get some time to visit.

ReplyDeleteYou are so right; there are much artificial in "healthy" food, but I found a natural sweetener that I now use when making food. You may view it here: http://www.funksjonellmat.no/english/index.php.
For the time being it seems like Sukrin only is sold in a few countries, but you can e-mail them :)
