Mike, sos un guacho. :-)Las achuras aquí no se consiguen (especialmente mollejas y chinchulines) porque no venden 'organ meat' por cuestiones de salubridad. Sin embargo, en el supermercado 'El Gaucho' en Toronto, tienen ambas cosas en paquetes congelados... tal vez hayan cambiado las regulaciones.

a mi me gustan las tiras anchas, tira fina es para comer al paso, jejejej que bien que suena un asado y como puedo imaginar el olor creo que este finde no se escapa, hago puré la parrilla.jejejeje

Es cierto lo que dice Arturo, aca esta lleno de argentinos, para empezar.Pero sabes que,lo que nos pasa ultimamente es que nos caen mal las achuras y los asados en general.Será que ya no comemos tanta carne como acostumbrabamos?Imaginate cunado volvimos ese año y pico a Argentina... vivíamos con una caja de buscapinas a mano!
