Well, school is back, in what I like to call
the 'real' New Year Day. The kids were actually looking forward to going back to school; yes, all four of them! I don't know if it was because they missed their friends or because they needed some time to relax and rest from the crazy summer we've had... :-)

el 'verdadero' Año Nuevo. Estaban con ganas de volver, en realidad; sí, los cuatro! No sé si es porque extrañaban a sus amigos o para tener un poco de descanso del loco verano que tuvimos... :-)

ReplyDeleteThe start of school is such a bittersweet thing. I am always happy the kids are gainfully entertained, but I miss the lolling days of summer and the extra chances to hang out together.
